The Annual General Meeting of the Leinster Cricket Section will be held on Friday 29th November at 7.30pm in the Function Room. The agenda for the meeting is as follows:

Nominations are being taken for the following committee positions:
· Chairperson:
Joe Sheehy has completed his 2-year tenure as Chairperson is seeking re-election

· Honorary Treasurer:
Bob Cramp who steps back from the Treasurer position after marshalling our accounts so diligently for so many years.

· Honorary Secretary:

Ordinary Members:
· Confirmation of Youth Chair, Women’s Chair and Men’s Chair as elected at their individual sections.
· Nominations being taken for a vacancy as an Ordinary Member on the committee.
All nomination & seconds (including contact information) for committee positions must be emailed to Lorraine Bagnall by 5pm Friday 22nd November 2024.

CHANGES TO RULES or RESOLUTIONS FOR CONSIDERATION AT THE AGM

Any changes to Rules or Resolutions for consideration must be forwarded to Lorraine Bagnall by 5pm Friday 22nd November 2024. These must be in writing and proposed and seconded by members entitled to vote. You should have received an email of this also with relevant email address.
